Frequently asked questions
Why is a QA test before launching a store important?
Errors in checkout, with variants or on mobile cost revenue and trust directly. A systematic test finds them before customers do.
What must I test before launch?
At least the complete buying path including all payment methods, mobile display, the legal pages and tracking. These items are marked high priority in the list.
Do I have to place real orders?
Where possible use your payment provider's test mode or a small order that you cancel afterwards.
How often should I test my store?
After every major theme or app update, and regularly, for example before big promotions like Black Friday.
